Natalka Fursa (born in 1964 in Poltava) – a poet and a novelist. In 1986 she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. For a long time she worked as a specialist in media and as an editor in publishing houses.
Since 2011 she has lived in the village Romodan in Myrhorod district (Poltava region), working creatively.
Natalka is an author of seven poetry books: „Cry“ (Kyiv, 1993), „The Gift of Love“ (Poltava, 1997), „Passion for Execution“ (Poltava, 2000, 2001), „Unflown Sky“ (Poltava, 2002), „Nothing, except for repetitions” (Kyiv – Khmelnytsky, 2004), “Pollen and Dust” (Poltava, 2015), “Neither a vortex, nor a hermitage” (2020, Poltava), as well as of books of short prose – “Spalax” (2017, Poltava).
Natalka Fursa is a member of the National Writers‘ Union of Ukraine (1997) and the Ukrainian Writers‘ Association (2001).
