Winner of “Buk” prize in the nomination – The best director’s cut
He was born in 1984 in Iława, lives and works in Krakow. Graduated from faculty of actors at the High Theater School (Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Teatralna im. Ludwika Solskiego) in 2007. He continues his studying at the same school (PWST) at the stage-director faculty and at the department of Inter-media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. He also cooperates with the New Theater in Krakow. The biggest experience in his career of actor Jakub got from the teamwork with Robert Wilson and training at studios in Long Island, New York in 2007. He works widely at his poetry and actor activities, performances and art. Jakub makes photo and video collages, writes poems, organizes expositions, and tries to make no differences between his life and art.
