“I call my exhibition “Metaphysics” because I treat photography as a mature art able to explore fundamental nature of being and the world. I believe that art including photography stands comparison with philosophy although it treats visual environment in its figurative deflection. For a long time I write poetry and make picture in parallel. Those two activities are natural for me and in my on-line literary-art magazine ZeitZug I experiment with both visual and verbal textures. I am happy that Czernowitz Meridian caught sight of my works and offered me both book project and photo exhibition The basic idea of my exhibition is in its title. I am neither a photo reporter nor a glam style cameraman. I am in earnest interested in existential elements of human and object essence.”
