Oleh Kotsarev was born on the 22d of August in Kharkiv in 1981. He is the winner of such literary prizes as: “Smoloskyp”, “Young Wine” and “Valerian Pidmohylnyy”.
2007 – a scholarship holder of “Homines Urbani” program (Cracow).
Author of three poetic collections: “Korotke i Dovge”) Kyiv, “Smoloskyp”, 2003 and “Tsilodobovo”, together with Horobchuk and Korobchuk – Kyiv, “Fact”, 2007, “Miy Pershyi Nizh” “Fact”, 2009, short stories book “Neymovirna Istoriya Pravlinnya Chlorophituma Persogo” “Smoloskyp”, 2009.
Published in periodicals, anthologies and collected volumes such as: “Dvi Tonny”, “Goteli Kharkova”, “Veslo Slova”), “Veslo XP” and others.
